As our products are digital downloads (eBooks), we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered to you. Due to the nature of digital products, once the eBook is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy
Since the digital product is immediately available for download upon purchase, cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed and the eBook is delivered.
3. Defective or Corrupted Files
In the rare event that the eBook file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded correctly, please contact us at contactus@cybersalpha.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a replacement of the defective file.
